Outplacement and redundancy support

I bet your head is spinning right now!  The life you trusted has taken a dramatic change and with it comes a knock to your confidence, so you’re not sure how you’ll find another job, and fast.  Unlike many career coaches, as well as offering coaching services where you take some time to do ‘blue sky thinking’ and set your own goals and path, I also understand how important it is for some, to focus on making sure you find the right new job as soon as possible and need direct advice on how to do that.  You don’t want to waste time on failed job applications or picking the wrong job, so you need someone to guide you through the recruitment process quickly and successfully.

So, how do I help?

I can assist you in this challenging time, moving you from anxious over recruitment to achieving success in a new, exciting role.  Whether you are using this opportunity to make a career change or just practical steps to getting a new role sorted fast, we’ll work together to get you to career success, using your skills for you and the economy.
