HOW I SUPPORT GRADUATES AND SCHOOL LEAVERS

Helping you decide on, get into, and thrive in your early career.

After years of studying and with a desire to make a difference to the world, you’re looking for your first career opportunity.  But you’re probably worried about finding that elusive fist role, you want it to be a good one but you’re not sure where to start or if employers will give you a chance, since they want skills and experience as well as the qualifications you’ve worked so hard for.

I remember how difficult this transition was (and the jobs market was a lot less tough at the time), not knowing where to start with job hunting and applications, or what I even wanted to do for a career.  Anxiety over not finding work can be very real, as well as feeling like you’re being passed over for others with more experience, or challenges in how to build confidence to thrive in the workplace.

SO, HOW DO I HELP?

I can assist you in this challenging time, moving you from anxious over recruitment to achieving success in a new, exciting role.  Whether you’re looking at graduate programmes or any other role in the workplace, I can support you with smashing it through applications, assessment centres and the all important individual interview.

But starting work is a bit like learning to drive, it’s once you pass your test that you really start learning.  Through one to one guidance or group work on my Talent Transformation programme or taster day, you can learn all about building your confidence, collaborating with others and what job descriptions, culture and company values, all really mean.  These programmes also give you the chance to join a supportive tribe of fellow first time workers, through a closed support group online.

Whichever options you pick with me, I can take you from being confused about expectations in the job market and workplace, to confidently taking your own place in the world of work, thriving and adding value.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

IAN, VERIZON, READING

Having worked with Caroline several times when participating in various Facilitating events in the Reading area, such as Oxbridge Interview Skills, I thoroughly recommend her to any organisation as she was supportive, professional and friendly at all times. It was a pleasure spending time on the event and Caroline's support was a key factor in making it so.

IAN, VERIZON, READING

Caroline worked with me when I was applying for Universities and considering career path options. She is extremely well connected in her field and has an in depth understanding of not only how to pick the right University for you but also how to navigate the complicated UCAS application process. Her naturally calm and reassuring style encouraged me to have scary but honest conversations with her, supporting me to make tough decisions. Without a shadow of a doubt, I would not be where I am today without Caroline's support.

NIAMH, SENIOR CONSULTANT AT EARNST YOUNG, LONDON

I was very lost after leaving University but Caroline was so helpful in helping me understand the jobs market and how to get into it.  I am thrilled to have secured a new role and I hope to join her Talent Transformation Programme soon.  My employer is very keen for me to do this and I think it will help with future jobs too.
