I have spent over 15 years supporting people through their career journeys, through training and coaching interventions and also as a learning and development professional in HR teams. I have also been in leadership positions and a hiring manager myself many times and know what matters to organisations when you're looking to hire the right new recruits.
As well as all my professional experience, I have a wealth of credentials including diplomas in Career Guidance & Development (OCR), Career Coaching (Oxford Learning) and Certificate of Coaching and Mentoring (ILM, accredited by the EMCC - European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and a Level 5 diploma in Learning and Development (CIPD). I am also a licensed practitioner for Myers Briggs (MBTI) and Thomas International PPA (DISC theory) and TEIQ (Trait Emotional Intelligence Indicator).

I offer a range of solutions from one to one coaching through to group training and team building days, to ensure that all your people are harnessing their talent, through ‘soft’ skills development and working as 'one'. I am also a MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) practitioner and a Thomas International registered practitioner for PPA (DISC theory psychometric profiling) and TEIQ (Emotional Intelligence), so can use these tools in encouraging the voyage of self-discovery and mutual understanding, amongst your employees.
I am a specialist in outplacement support, helping those leaving your business, as well as those remaining. I offer a programme of training to cover all the basics and can also offer one to one career coaching, so you can help those exiting at this difficult time and keep your remaining employees engaged as they see the respectful way you support everyone.

Many organisations will promote technical experts, assuming they will also be great people managers. This doesn’t always follow, due to the different skillset or lack of experience and this runs the risk of damage to employee morale, productivity and burn out of the manager themselves.

I support new and aspiring managers, as well as those who just need a ‘refresh’, taking you from concerned about employee morale and retention, to building strong productive teams being led by great managers. Unlike a lot of management and leadership programmes which focus on developing senior managers, I take a 'grass roots' approach and have a package to specifically support employees who are either within their first few years of being a manager, or they are aspiring to become one and you would like to help get them ready for that role. In this package, I cover a number of the common challenges new managers face whilst delivering a tailored solution to meet the needs of those managers. I sometimes offer 'public' courses and can also work directly with you for an 'in-house' programme, just get in touch to find out more.
