A simple, powerful, three-part programme
In just three focused sessions, we’ll help your employees take ownership of their own development and give them the tools to grow. Together, we’ll:
Get Clear
We start by exploring – Where are they now? Where do they want to go? Then we assesses the gaps, by digging further, assessing their strengths, values, dreams, and barriers, pinpointing what’s working and what’s holding them back. We tailor the conversation to their individual needs, whilst encouraging them to take ownership of their development, not just relying on their manager to sort it.
Build the strategy
Next, we uncover personal and professional goals, exploring what growth looks like, even if there’s no immediate promotion on the table. We’ll encourage a 70/20/10 mindset to development, with practical ways to grow skills and confidence through real-world learning as well as formal training. And we’ll discuss what they want vs what the business needs.
Make it happen
Finally, we create a clear, realistic development plan – balancing on-the-job learning, with mentoring and formal training. We’ll explore options like shadowing, cross-functional projects, and hands-on experiences tailored to their goals. They’ll walk away with a personalised development path that engages and excites which propels them and the business forward.
We also explore topics like leadership, resilience, imposter syndrome, emotional intelligence, values, personal branding, and more, based on each individual’s needs. The programme is usually delivered online, offering flexibility to fit into busy schedules. However, if you prefer in-person sessions, we can accommodate this upon request.
