Pronatalism:
The belief or assumption that everyone should or wants to have children and that having children is a natural, expected path.
But the truth? Not everyone does. Or can.
And yes, people in this situation may not have to suffer the consequences of some marginalised groups, BUT they are suffering. They are made to feel ‘other’.
Thinking this is personal life so doesn’t matter at work? Think again.

We’ve got the answer
Spend just 60 mins in The Talent Cycle’s online workshop, and we’ll show you being inclusive is not as complicated as you think, it doesn’t require loads of effort or money and it doesn’t pit groups off against each other. But it builds your talent, and develops more connected, high performing teams.
Which you need, because those without children have been quiet up till now, but they’re getting louder.
Led by our Founder and CEO, Caroline Green, who is an award winning Career Coach and L&D/OD Specialist, RCDP and Assoc. CIPD.
But more importantly, she’s experienced much of these challenges first hand. In this workshop, she’ll share her story and that of many of her clients.

Who is it for?
We know this topic isn’t at the front of everyone’s mind. There is a societal assumption that if you don’t have children, you’re doing just fine and don’t need any extra support. But that’s far from the truth; parents need support, but so do non-parents. We are here to help those in your business who are involved in everything from shaping company policies and culture, to checking you’re meeting employment law (with the new Employee Rights Bill becoming an Act any day, this is more important than ever). So join us if:
- You’re a member of HR
- You’re a line manager
- A leader/key decision maker
- Working in Finance
- An employee rep
- A non-parent who wants some support to embed new strategy in your organisation
- Any other interested party – you’re all welcome
