As a qualified Learning & Development Professional, Career Coach and professional CV writer, I can support your employees whether you want to help them grow and develop in your business or support them if they are moving on.
“Caroline put me at ease straight away and created a relaxed atmosphere which can be very tricky on zoom! The workbook is an excellent resource and that alone is worth the fee. I’ve got lots to work on but feel like it’s helped me to focus my career development journey and think more confidently about myself and what I have to offer. Thank you!”

The Talent Transformation Programme and Outplacement services
This is my flagship programme which can be tailored to meet the needs of how you want to support your employees. It is a three step programme, centered around helping individuals to work out their career dreams, get into that career and then thrive in it. It can centre around the skills, qualifications and knowledge needed to grow and develop within your organisation, or be more focused on external job searching if you require Outplacement support.
If you don’t want a whole programme like this, but are interested in some of the aspects of it then please get in touch to discuss a tailored solution. As well as one to one services, I can also offer group work for Outplacement clients, such as a group CV writing session.
“Working through my MBTI profile with Caroline meant that it moved from simply being a ‘label’ to being something that helped me to understand my working style and preferences. This greater depth of understanding is interesting and handy to apply in day-to-day situations, not just as personal development. Caroline is personable and made the whole process a pleasant experience, as well as a useful one.”

How much confidence do you have in your managers?
Many organisations will promote technical experts, assuming they will also be great people managers. This doesn’t always follow, due to the different skillset or lack of experience and this runs the risk of damage to employee morale, productivity and burn out of the manager themselves.
I take a ‘grass roots’ approach to developing your new and aspiring managers, to develop their skill set for this important role. With my support, you’ll have strong managers who will support employee morale and retention and build strong and productive teams, led by great managers. I work exclusively with those who are aspiring or new in the role focusing on some of the common challenges at this time. You can join a public course or work with me to develop a bespoke version just for your organisation.
“I’ve been working with Caroline as I’ve stepped into a senior management role for the first time. I’ve found this to be a real step change and with a broader and more strategic portfolio of work. Caroline has helped me to challenge myself to think in a different way and develop strategies to gain confidence in my new role. I’ve come away from my sessions with Caroline with a renewed sense of motivation and clarity on how I can move forward. I’ve noticed in the past few weeks that I’ve been actively using some of the approaches we identified in the session and I am seeing a difference. I’m really grateful to Caroline for helping me to navigate this period of change and looking forward to my next session!”

Want better performing teams balanced with good employee wellbeing?
Of course it’s not always just with individuals where the challenges lie, often it is about how a group of people fit together as a team. And whether that works. Or it doesn’t. So I work with organisations to design solutions to make things work for their teams. Whether that is team building days, coaching for individuals or groups or all of the options!
But of course it’s not only with individuals, where challenges can sometimes lie. How a group of people come together to form a successful team, all with different approaches, ideas and even outcomes in mind, can be a real struggle. Put into this the new challenges that the pandemic and hybrid working has created, it’s no wonder many teams are struggling. I can help organisations with designing and delivering winning team events (whether they be online or in person). I am also a MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) practitioner and a Thomas International registered practitioner for PPA (DISC theory psychometric profiling) and TEIQ (Emotional Intelligence), so can use these tools in encouraging the voyage of self-discovery and mutual understanding, amongst your employees.
“Caroline was heavily involved with, and delivered our team away day; establishing the day met the needs of all attending and ensuring the key messages were delivered, heard and remembered. The work Caroline put in was immense and that time was reflected in the comments from colleagues afterwards.”

I was at my sister’s when I came out with the now legendary phrase ‘a nice cup of tea would be nice’. A cuppa over a nice chat is one of my favourite things to do, especially when it involves my two passions in life; connecting with people and chatting about careers and development. I know you’re busy and you want to get it right for both your organisation and its employees, so let’s have a quick chat to discuss the best way forward.
