Act now; here’s the solution

How the programme helps you and your young professionals

(with staggered sessions, all delivered online to fit in with your busy schedules)

Session 1: Purpose

Friday 21st October (10 – 1pm)

Session 2: Relationships

Friday 25th November (10 – 1pm)

Mentoring session 1

Bookable dates in December

Successful businesses have employees who are aligned to the company culture, who understand their personal strengths, have leadership qualities and a great work ethic.  We look at how delegates develop these, building a value proposition of how they show up to the business.

Professional relationships are crucial to high performing teams.  We look at how these are formed, and how developing emotional intelligence and greater awareness of self and others through psychometric profiling, can aide some of the challenges.

After the first two group sessions with a small group of delegates, we then contextualise the learning with a one-to-one online mentoring session.  Here I work with delegates on an individual basis, to check understanding and implementation of learning so far.

Session 3: Skills

Friday 13th January (10 – 1pm)

Session 4: Growth

Friday 17th February (10 – 1pm)

Mentoring session 2

Bookable dates in March

A high performing workforce requires employees with a growth mindset.  We develop key skills in making decisions, solving problems, having difficult conversations and the confidence to try, fail, and learn.

We round off the programme looking at how delegates can assess their development requirements and then how to access a variety of professional development opportunities, right there in your organisation.

In this final one-to-one session, we focus on a career development approach moving away from the classroom, proactive development in the organisation and creating challenge, outside of promotion.

What’s the investment?

I don’t know about you, but I find it incredibly frustrating when suppliers and providers don’t tell you how much something will cost and the only way to find out is to contact them.

So here it is…just £960 for a 6 month programme including all training sessions, materials AND one-to-one mentoring sessions.  No hidden extra costs.  This is a Beta programme so the price has been significantly reduced.  And if you sign up before 31st August 2022, you’ll get an even further reduction so the cost will be just £840 (that’s the equivalent of just £35 a week for the length of the course).

Payment plans available and I even guarantee that if your delegate does not leave the programme with a solid development plan for moving forward, I’ll offer you two FREE places on the next programme (see full T&Cs for details).

The programme uses tried and trusted content; see some of the wonderful feedback from previous clients.

What I found particularly useful about working with Caroline was straightforward info on the topic and understanding of where I want to be, taking into account my current experience.

Emma, career mentoring client, Solent

It’s comforting to know that you ‘get me’ and respect what I want to do next without judgement alongside sharing your expertise and giving me the guidance that I need to cut through the inordinate amount of info out there!

Hugh, career mentoring client, South East

Caroline has been incredibly patient, understanding and non-judgemental. Her thoughtful questioning has made me think about some of the limiting beliefs I have been carrying about myself – beliefs which have been affecting my ability to move forward positively.

Nina, career change client, High Wycombe

Caroline has shown me some practical tools which have helped me recognise the value in my skills and identify what I am good at, whilst allowing me to focus on other areas which I need to strengthen.

Sarah, Young Professional, South East

Caroline is extremely friendly and easy to get on with, I really enjoyed my time with her and she left me with a very long “to do” list.

Jett, Young Professional, Yorkshire

Caroline has helped me to challenge myself to think in a different way and develop strategies to gain confidence in my new role. I’ve come away from my sessions with Caroline with a renewed sense of motivation and clarity on how I can move forward. I’ve noticed in the past few weeks that I’ve been actively using some of the approaches we identified in the session and I am seeing a difference.

Vicky, new manager, Surrey

Caroline put me at ease straight away and created a relaxed atmosphere which can be very tricky on zoom! The workbook is an excellent resource and that alone is worth the fee. I’ve got lots to work on but feel like it’s helped me to focus my career development journey and think more confidently about myself and what I have to offer. Thank you!

Selina, young professional and masterclass delegate, London

But because it is the Beta version of how the tried and trusted content has been put together in this specific package, if you book for the Autumn 2022 cohort, you’ll be getting an amazingly discounted price.
